These terms govern your access to and use of Tennis.University, operated by Tennimax. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Who Can Use Tennis.University
The platform is open to:
- ✓Junior tennis players (with parental consent if under 13)
- ✓Tennis academies registered in India
- ✓Tournament organisers
- ✓Coaches, parents, and fans
You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended or deleted.
2. Account Responsibilities
Your account is your responsibility.
- ✓Keep your password secure and account confidential
- ✓Do not share your login credentials with others
- ✓You are responsible for all activity under your account
- ✓Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
3. Acceptable Use
Use the platform fairly and responsibly. The following are not permitted:
- ✕Enter false match results, fake rankings, or fraudulent tournament data
- ✕Impersonate any player, academy, organiser, or Tennis.University staff
- ✕Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use
- ✕Use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform without permission
- ✕Upload malicious files or content designed to harm other users or the platform
- ✕Use the platform for any illegal purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.
4. Tournament Organisers
When you run a tournament on Tennis.University, you agree that:
- ✓You are responsible for the accuracy of match results and tournament data
- ✓Court tokens grant scoring access to whoever holds them — protect and revoke them if misused
- ✓You will not discriminate against players on any basis
- ✓Tournament data (draw, results, scores) may be publicly visible
5. Content You Submit
By submitting content (match notes, descriptions, images), you confirm that:
- ✓You own or have permission to use the content
- ✓The content does not violate any third-party rights
- ✓The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You grant Tennis.University a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use submitted content to operate the platform.
6. AITA Rankings Data
AITA ranking data on Tennis.University is sourced from publicly available official AITA publications. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by AITA. Rankings are for informational purposes only — always refer to the official AITA website for authoritative information.
7. Platform Availability
Tennis.University is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may take the platform offline for maintenance, modify features, or discontinue services without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tennis.University and Tennimax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including incorrect match results or reliance on AITA ranking information displayed here.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and design on Tennis.University is the property of Tennimax or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission, except for sharing public links.
10. Privacy
Your use of Tennis.University is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account by contacting support@tennis.university.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Tennis.University shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
13. Changes & Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
