I registered but can't access the platform — what do I do?
Academy accounts require approval before access is granted. You'll receive an email once approved. If you've been waiting more than 2 business days, drop us a message.
How do I add my academy's tournament to Tennis.University?
Register your academy, and once approved you'll get access to the Tournament Manager from your dashboard. You can create and manage tournaments, events, draws, and live scoring all in one place.
AITA rankings aren't showing my player's latest data — why?
We sync with the official AITA rankings on Mondays. If a ranking cycle just ran, give it a day or two. If data still looks wrong, email us with the player's AITA ID.
Is Tennis.University free?
All player-facing tools are free forever. Academy tools — including the Tournament Manager and Live Scoring — are free during our early access period.
