Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited cases:

Tournament organisers & public scoreboards

When you register for a tournament, your name, AITA ID, state, and seeding are visible to the organiser. Your name and live match scores may appear on the public tournament page.

Email service provider

We use an SMTP provider to send transactional emails. Your email address is transmitted solely for that purpose.

Google Analytics

Anonymised usage data is shared with Google Analytics 4. No personally identifiable information is included.

Legal obligations

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

4. Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS/TLS, hashed passwords, HTTP-only session cookies, and strict access controls. We do not store payment card numbers.

No system is completely secure β€” use a strong, unique password for your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Tournament and match records are kept to preserve historical accuracy. To delete your account or specific data, email support@tennis.university.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your personal data.

Tennis.University serves junior players, many of whom are under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered without consent, contact us and we will remove the account promptly.

Required for authentication and session management. Cannot be disabled without breaking the platform.

Analytics cookies
